Well just dropped my order on Hobbypartz

Got me the thunder ac6 charger. Alot of good reviews for it
Also ordered 2 4000mah gen aces 30c lipos because all the 5000 40c's are all sold out.... Figures!

Looking forward to early next week. Guy at work is going to buy all my old nimh charger and batteries so only spending 30 bucks to go compleatly lipo!

Sucks all this snow dumped on us for the weekend but will probly be all melted by wed
 
Man, I really wish I had some paddle tires for my wraith right now. I guess I should put the motor back in the wraith first. I think I will charge up one of the new batteries and play in the snow.
 
Well the new batteries have some punch. I was able to run for about 5 minutes and all of a sudden I have front wheel drive only. It looks like the metal part that screws into the rear shaft out of the tranny is stripped out. Not sure how I'm going to fix that. Going to have to order some MIP drive shafts. So I stop breaking the stock ones.

Tried to put some mesh over the rear of the traxxas motor, but even a small layer interfeared with the motor angle. I guess it's time to get another brushless motor.

I think I had too long of a screw in the plastic sleeve where it connects to the metal part of the drive shaft. I tried to tighten the screw that was in there and it would tighten but the screw was hitting the joint so it had no flex. I took the whole thing apart and cut the screw down a bit and its working fine now.

I got the wraith back up and running, and am in the process of charging batteries.

Nick, tomorrow can I borrow your stuff to tune my slash. I want to get the wheels right and I also need to borrow your hole scribe again.
