Bay City or Tri Citys MI

I guess if you have a pound in each tire. but just for general bashing crawling, a lower torque rating would probly due. I just had a Hitec MG645 On my 2.2 creeper with about 13oz in each front wheel and Never had a problem turning them or getting out of a situation. and i think those were rated at like 133oz of torque @ 6v. Only down fall was speed time, it wasnt a super fast servo but did the trick.

hey dumb ass im not running any weight!:flipoff:

and im in your left pocket to know this how?

I really dont care what the hell ya run, I was just saying my experiance. I never had a problem with that servo and accualy still have that servo and still works. not burnt up at all. so... driving style i suppose. Some make it work others cant. maybe Im just doing something right to keep my shit working right.

It dosent have to do with driving skills or some great setup! That servo is entry level servo. and skinners way right 200oz is a good start for a scaler servo. Now if you have ever seen a wraith you would understand why it needs a big ass servo.

cage mod...CHECK, rings stripped...CHECK, wheels panted...CHECK by golly i cant wait to get this thing back together!"thumbsup"

a 200oz servo if a little differant than a 300-500oz servo. Just saying for general bashing and since no comps anywears around saginaw, I just thought 300-500oz of tourqe was a bit over kill,

Im by no means telling ya what to buy, i really dont care. Now if it was a straight up 2.2 Comp crawler and being in comps then yeah the more torque would work out great. but the only comps a Wraith would fall under would be Class 3 scaler comp and non of them are around either...

and also if a wraith NEEDS such servo power, why would axial drop in a basic servo less than 133oz of torque? I guess they thought it would be alright for a RTR,

In therory, that size servo wouldnt even budge the tires by what yall are saying.

Axial does it just to make a rtr. and yes the stock servo on the rocks will bearly steer it and gets hot in the first min of run time. and I put a cheap Tp in mine which is around 200 and its just as bad as the stock. so I'm going for atleast a 300oz servo. I've always felt in my 1.9 rigs that even a 200oz servo felt kind of weak.

TP? Tower Pro?

I had one of them servos for a day, It locked up on me just testing it out on the work bench!! they are crap, they are worse than stock servos, only good thing about them was the metal gears. took it back and he had a Cirrus Servo. and had about 200oz of torque i belive and that servo was strong as hell! If a deal is too good to be true then it is.

Nick put a cs170 in your wraith!!!
Back on servo topic, I agree with nick that a 200oz is just enuf for a 1.9....remember all your Esc bec plays a big part of oz you gonna get outta that servo!!
