I dont think the upper links are aluminum, I think the plastic ones are in with the metal parts bag (suspension bag) and when he tapped on the bag it was hitting the other metal parts.... just an illusion to confuse you lol...

Its the Fast Eddy's wraith kit which comes with better stuff then joe blow kit lol.

That fast eddies wraith was an eairly production kit which had aluminum goodies..... pretty much prototype kits that get sent out to important people. aluminum links, knuckles, c-hubs ect.... wish i was important lol

toyofest has one, and brandon (axial driver) confirmed it.....
 
All the axial aluminum goodies are upgrades off the xr10. I've seen guys run axial bent links on all 8 links.
