Axial loud drivetrain??

Question for you guys that have a scx10.3, I built one from a kit, greased everything and installed correctly, but I noticed the scx10.3 drivetrain is a little noisy, is this normal? I know everything is correct when I put it together, when compared to my new trx4 that thing is so quiet

Could be pinion mesh needs adjustment.

The SCX10.3 drivetrain is pretty noisy. It also has quite a bit of slop. Maybe those two things play off of each other.

Not sure of its a combo of material quality and 32P gears but I have always found my axial crawlers loud
