Ghost, Gold, & Hot Springs Intel

The Rocky Mountains have called to adventurers from all over the World. Scale Adventurers will answer that call. Drivers may strike it rich or get clipped by ghosts, but all will find adventure in the Axial Ghost, Gold, & Hot Springs RECON G6.

Classes

- 1.9 Adventurist - All makes and models rolling on 1.9 scale tires. If you have stretched a 1.9 tire over a 2.2 rim, cool. Just no cut and shuts or comp tires, unless a ya don’t mind a time penalty.

- 2.2 Adventurist - All makes and models rollin’ on big tires! No matter what axles you have them mounted on, if it’s a 2.2 scale tire, this is your class. Showcase those big tires in special 2.2 Adventurist Only sections.

- 6x6 Expedition Class - If you like big rigs and 6 wheel drive, then this class is for you. With a special class only section, your skills are sure to challenged. This class is for 1.9 tires only.

- N-Tow Expedition Class - This class is for 1.9 scale drivers that enjoy pulling a trailer on their scale adventure. It’s not just an empty trailer, there will be some cargo and special driving challenges as well.

- RECON Ready Open Class - Is a class for the Axial Jeep Wrangler G6. Everything is open except for tire size. 1.9 Tires and driving sections that will push driver and machine, the RECON Ready Open Class is a “Do Work, Driver” kinda class.

- 15 & Under Adventurist - Our young G6’ers to “do work” in.

- Drivin’ Divas - For all the lady drivers of scale adventure.

Stage Intel

- A tow strap is mandatory.
- A spare tire is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- a ghost made out of tissue paper and a rubber band is mandatory. Naming your ghost is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- a scale trash-a-roo or similiar bag attached to your scaler is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- Headlamps are mandatory for the night stage.

Good Luck, G6’ers and soon to be G6’ers. Crawlerado is an amazing place full of talented drivers and terrain that tests every skill level. We will see you getting your scale adventure fix, in the Axial Ghost, Gold, & Hot Springs RECON G6.

Great spot, that's where I shot the video when Axial Debuted the Wraith.

I'm going to check with the boss and make sure we're all clear, and if so I'll be popping my G6 Cherry at this event.

I would love to attend another G6 but the family and I will be in Cali visiting Mickey Mouse and the beach that week.

Speaking of G6 Cherry's being popped............

I've got a new rig that is just dying to have it's G6 Cherry popped!

well then....

get with erin, kevin and other powers that be and do a more localized G6 ....I'm sure we can put one together to scratch that purty rig....

it really is nice. I'm doing something and only hope I can reach that level....

it has rained last 5 days up on the rim and fire restrictions should probably lifted soon...
so it may be time for a "camp n crawl", G6, if you may...."thumbsup"

don't mean to hijack....if we get interest will start new thread....

Sounds good. We'll take out from Denver early Friday morning and head up the scenic way through Leadville.

Thank for the invite, but that is the same night as our G6 style run and BBQ.
Please keep New Mexico on your invite list we will certainly attend in the future. Thanks again.....Rick"thumbsup"

Sounds good. We'll take out from Denver early Friday morning and head up the scenic way through Leadville.

Dangit that is a beautiful route....wish I was going to Colorado G6 too. Take a side trip through Tincup too if you have time, that is another beautiful area. "thumbsup"

I work until 7pm friday night anyway.... I'd say 7:30 - 8ish? DeerHammer is open till 10pm I think. There are other options too. I don't know where everyone is staying? Or if people are camping at the site? The Recon site is about a 15 minute drive from town. I'm down for whatever friday night. my cell is 615.260.6838.

Well, I was all excited about coming out next week. However, making plans in my line of work is like betting on the lottery. Looks like i'll be in Missouri for the next few weeks.
