Thought I would share my experience with Axial service. First I purchased a SCX10 Dingo rtr a couple months ago and slowly began to Mod it and found that their builders sux at putting all screws in. Well I contacted them and they asked the usual, where I bought it, was it new, ect..... Asked what was missing and they sent them right out.
So I say Good service, Good Product, Crappy Quality control.

I have purchased 5 or 6 Axial kits and never had any missing parts or hardware. And you are correct Axial Customer Service is first rate, and their drivers that I have meet at events are more than helpful. OK, now how about that sponsorship??????????

gotta agree BIG BILL , infact ive always gotten extra hardware, so it could of been just a fluke. but in my experiances axial CS has always been top notch.
