I’m not sure where you are looking but I just went on there and they show stock electronics - motor accessories - pinions.. It’s a Traxxas unit.

They had this stock listed a few days ago as well as I was looking for myself due to a delayed delivery...
 
Ah yes, found that now - I was looking for Axial's own-brand one. I read somewhere that there could be wear issues arising from mixing the different grades of steel used by different manufacturers - does that make sense?
I'll order one of the Traxxas ones anyway - ta for the heads up.
