Alexei's leafspring Trail King Hilux

looking good... definitely needs the wheelbase adjusted ... if i remember correctly there is a set of leaves that are longer ... bruiser? someone will chime in ... that might help you extend the wheel base a few mm. without modifying the existing mounts.

i thought about getting some longer leaf springs, but first i want to try some different positions for the shackle mounts and see if that can fix it. i need to move the wheels about 10mm back.

tried some different positions with the leaf spring mounts, and i think this is the best i could come up with without buying any parts.
it isnt completely in center, but it is much better.

the innermost mount is only held in with one screw because the holes doesnt line up in this position. i think this could have been designed better.
if this setup work, then i can probably just drill the holes so i can secure it with both screws.

no progress since last update, other than i ordered some parts i might get tomorrow.
i have bought an car that needs some stuff done, so that takes priority at the moment.

just some parts i havent shown, i bought them last year.
wheel centers in gun metal grey, scale wheel bolts, interior and roll bar.

i also got a battery, but i will need to assemble the interior to know if it fits.
