Well Im sitting here trying to figure out why I bother with using HobbyPartz.com
The customer service absolutely SUCKS.
I placed an order last week. Got email response with order info and saying I would be recieving an email indicating shipment.
Well Tuesday still after 4 days and no update I called. The lady said my order was in warehouse waiting to ship and I would be notified tomorrow. Here it is next day and still nothing, I called again and was told the items are sitting in the Warehouse. WTF, is it really that hard to put a box on a truck in a timely manner. I wish RPP carried some of the HobbyPartz items cause the customer service there is awesome. I also wish my LHS wouldnt mark things up 85% and realize affordable means more business and more money. I would gladly support my LHS if they would realize a 2s 5000mah 30c LiPo does not cost 95 dollars. Hell my LHS has the EXO Terra KIT priced at ..... LOL 344.00 dollars. Really wish the owners would look at the situation and figure out how to build a customer base. END OF RANT!

HobbyPartz is banned in my list. Ordered some Lipo batteries and I received a ESC, Flysky GTB remote and 2 motors. Being a honet citizen I advised them of this and they told me to ship the products back. I needed a RMA so I kept following up.
Called their customer service line and waited 30 mins on the phone (I didn't realize they had a online chat support too). Spoke to Jessica and she advised me to email her the shipping quote to send the parts back to them. I go to the post office and got the quote, sent the email. Waited 1 week no reply. I got hold of the online chat support and they advised me they cannot ship the batteries to me as I am in Canada.
Now after running around I dont even get my original order!! I kept following up for my money and got a refund 45 days later!!! Thats really poor customer service. I couldve really sold those parts they sent me and easily got $350 out of it. My order only cost $40.
Lesson learned, only order from reputable companies. HOBBYPARTZ SUCKS

My first 3 orders with them were spot on. My fourth order i had a communication issue and a 2.5 week delay for a set of receivers. I figured it was a fluke so I just chalked it up as one bad experience. I placed my last order with hobbypartz last Monday. I ordered a flysky for my son, paid and one week later I haven't received an email that the order is even pending. The money sure as hell has come out of my PayPal account.

Absolutely hilarious. All over one dispute in which I returned merchandise despite thousands of dollars of income.
