Yup still dont get it. and whats so hard to understand about your threads. Im sorry but the one you deleted and this one are the only threads Ive seen of yours and both of them have been highly entertaining

what I really want to know is why you would try to hide a BRXL in an Axial AE2 case especially if your going to run 2s? What benefits do you thing you will get?. Also why do you think changing electronics in ANYWAY is a "sleeper" modification. IMO if you can see the Electronics your doing it wrong.

I started a thread with a friend called scx10 smack talk thread to take it away from the build thread.

The friendly argument was about why I don't want to use a 3s and choose to use a 2s instead...Well very very long story short the trolls came there like here and the recent Build thread I wanted to start for fun..Thats just it..alot don't seem to be able to read something and understand it..Sure theres 2 sides..but I do get your sides..thats what you guys don't get..You feel its just my way and that's gods spoken word on how you should build a rig..So you get rude un educated repsonses such as yours with the "I cant afford those parts" comment..I get it..alot of you don't.

I'm sorry bud, I felt for you a little bit. Once again you attack the troll who really is you! Have a lot of fun posting here in the future:flipoff:. You are calling long time members trolls? I say take a break once again. I might stop but they wont. EVER!!!! EVER!!!

My personal opinion is you should be out playing .

Go play with the dam thing, I mean really play with it it.

The rude uneducated responses are actually Jabs to stir shit and entertain. "thumbsup"

Wow… Dude….

If you had come in and asked some questions instead of arguing about us spending too much on our rigs when you could make a cheap RTR as good as ours. You seem fixated on how much money we spend on our rigs. Making statements like "Sorry bud..i can buy all your rigs and your house and car and not bat an eyelash...Don't assume im broke because I spend my money different than you do..EPIC FAIL!!!!!!" just show you to be a dick. Any utterly unbelievable too. I do't think there is a member on here that can buy one of our homes an not bat an eyelash. Pure blustering and nothing short of it.

The statements you made to start about not needing high end parts and 3S just made you look more the ass because we have all done that. We all started with a stock Honcho, or Wraith, or TLT, or HiLift. Or we came from the comp side where it was all custom built. To get our rigs competition ready, we went through the growing pains of discovering stock motors burn up…FAST. Stock servos burn up….FAST. Wrapping one of JRHs exquisite BR-XLs in an Axial wrapper is mortal sin. Bending tabs and adjusting timing on a stock can motor makes nice puddles of melted lacquer and pretty smoke.

Not all of us run VP wheels, VP Axles, VP Steering or VP Links. A lot of us make our own links or have a buddy in a machine shop make them. I have never used anything other than Stock axle cases from the SCX10, Wraith or XR10, but all were heavily modified after i broke all of them early in my building career.

Most of learned to weld or braze to make our own chassis and cages or to modify what we had. a few have learned to machine parts to sell us to help keep cost down performance up. There have been great innovative ideas from this board, especially on wheels and tires. but also on winch controllers, winches, steering geometry and shocks.

Read some of our build threads and see how they were posted. See what we did and often what we tried that didn't work.

Build a "Sleeper" but if you want it to be taken seriously, explain what you will do to the axles, tranny, steering and suspension to make it "Sleeper" ready and how that improves over stock. i.e. SCX10 axles with Beef Toobs, over/under drive, CVDs in the front, GripFab Lockers or spools, VP Chubs Knuckles and Lockouts. show us how you are going to recent your under 150 oz/in servos from cooking. Show us how you are going to compete with stock tires, we all know how to make wheels work well. I won the NIRC TTC with stock Axial wheels with Pro-Line TSLs. Don't show us a stock Rubicon with minor changes and sell it as a sleeper because it wasn't close.

So my favorite is to build off of an SCX10 Chassis with stock axles, CVDs, Toobs, GripFab spool, VP Chubs and Knuckles for the front with overdrive gears. Rear with Toobs, VP Lockouts. Tranny with RRgears throughout, HiTec HS7955 steering servo, home made links for suspension and steering, Pro-Line PowerStrokes shocks, VP or TSS or Mayhem Alloy wheels and some Rock Beasts, iRocks or Boggers. I prefer to run a 13T HH Crawlmaster with a BR-XL waterproof and a Castle BEC. I prefer a Q winch or one of the integy either with a controller from that canadian guy, lol. Lots of custom body work, tube work and accessorizing.

Bud, you started a thread with "smack talk" in the title. Be careful what ya wish for...
I did notice your other WAS/IS getting positive response from guys thank were honestly thanking you"thumbsup"

Those threads do go a long way around here, but you also have to be able to accept criticism.

That's part of a sleeper theme...You do get more power to the servo..you can use upto a 6s battery...you have a better motor limit...Its the same case and esc basicly..the BRXL doesn't have an on/off switch..the stock one does..Maybe you wouldn't have caught that..maybe you would've..But that's just it..It looks stock but its not..sleeper concept at work here...A company makes exact replicas of the stock steering set up in aluminum..maybe painting it black it wouldn't be so obvious..again..trying the sleeper concept.

I can go on and on with what you can do and hide but gain serious improvements in performance.

Wasn't doing this for any other reason than fun but that was taken away by idiots and im sure I had a few ideas some haven't though of before for a sleeper concept..but it doesn't matter now does it????

Ill say it again..i get all that..ive been there and done that in other forms of rc..I can make some of my own things as I have and haven't even shown yet other things that I have planned...I understand why one spends more money..i also understand not everyone needs to to enjoy the rig...SMH..ive said this 100 times over and over again..why don't people get it.

This thread.

You perceive yourself to be one with comments you make just like on the other thread...I don't throw start insults and attempt to degrade some one for how they want to build their rig...if anything I said about someone being an idiot for spending all that money it was because I was told I was for not spending a lot of money..so again take things out of context and make it your own version so your buddies can play along.

English is hard?

English is hard?

Actually if I said I use a 2s because I KNOW its harder on drivetrain parts but I say I understand with some decent upgrades a 3s would be awesome...So let me ask you what you didn't understand about the statement???..You have 3 choices really..you can ask me what I mean or you can insult me and say im stupid for not using a 3s or you can say I see what you mean man.

Cause its like your condemming people for spending money on their rigs....what do you mean "not everyone needs to enjoy their rig"? Thats like some rich guy buying a 300K sports car and neglecting the car while he says, "I just wanted to spend lots of money for no reason..."

Who gives a damn if someone has spent $300 or $3000 on their rig. Its their prerogative and you cant change it

knot reely..fun-e how you kan tipe everythang rong but stihll no whut sumone is seying

See when you slow down and think about what you're typing it is easy to understand. When you pound out a post full of emotion it doesn't come across as a well thought out reply at all. It reads like you've found an old book of mad libs that you tear pages out of at random and copy into your posts here.
