I have a spektrum 2.4 Rx and rec from my helicopter. I want to try and set it up so that the right stick controls rear end and left stick controls front end. What do you guys think and has anyone tried it?

Been done many times over, search around. Most common setups are mixing the throttles on the left stick, steering on the right. But many have done it left stick controls front, right stick/rear.

I use the left for the steering and right as throttle control. on the right stick straight up is both motors. left or right control the rear motor independently and if I want to dig with front or rear only I flip the flaps switch to let me run what motor I want.

What radio do you have? I run a DX7. Left stick throttle, both motors forward/reverse.
left stick to the left front dig, Left stick to the right rear dig. Right stick for steering.

Twin sticks have been done before in both 2.2 & Supers. I'm sure other rigs as well.

I never tried it, but a couple of my club guys use it well.

My only suggestion is to dual ESC's & NOT the M2 dig.

Either dual Castle Creations/Castle based (AE-2, BR-XL) or FX-R's.
