It really is, gotta take the bad with the good though - Plenty of people cant find a job and my biggest concern with mine is how to spend my 3 weeks off...
I'd contact RC Driver ASAP and snap on them. Using a photo without permission is stealing - copyright infringement. They would come after us average Joe's if we used their photos on our website. The photographer should at least be getting free subscriptions out of it.

I was actually being funny. I know for certain that pic is mine as i posed the truck to take the pic and i was the only one around at the time but, since i posted it up on a public forum without copyrighting it before hand then they have every right to use it and i'm fine with that. it may be a bit crappy but there is no law against it. i actually feel honored that out of the hundreds of pics posted from that weekend they chose mine to put in the article and BIG for that matter! "thumbsup"
