January 22 & 23, 2011
North Mountain Park, Casa Grande, AZ
MAP

NOTE: Keep an eye on this post, all updates and information will be added here.

General Info:

Casa Grande, Arizona, is located 40 miles south of Phoenix, along Interstate 10, in the beautiful Sonora Desert. January temperatures average at 70*, perfect crawling weather!

This event is the third round of the 2011 USRCCA National Championship Qualifier Series and is destined to be one of the biggest events on this year's crawling calendar.

Hotel and Accommodations:

Holiday Inn in Casa Grande Arizona
This is the official hotel headquarters for the event.

$79/night

777 N Pinal Ave.
Casa Grande AZ. 85122

Front Desk: 520-426-3500

Mention "Copper State Crawloff”

Pam is our contact, but the front desk can take the reservation.

Cut off date for the rate is 2 weeks prior. (Jan 7th)

There is an on site night club at the Holiday inn, which could prove very useful.

Legacy Suites
A better rate, but there are many undesirables that stay there due to cheep long-term rates and no credit checks. It seems to attract the wrong type of people. Casa Grande Police Department stated that it was a high service call area, so if you're looking for a bargain, approach with caution.

Camp Ground Buena Tierra
Exit 198 on I-10 (North Mountain Park is Exit 190)
(520) 836-3500
Address: 1995 S Cox Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85222

This campground serves everything from tent camping to full hookup RV sites.

There is no camping allowed at the comp site

Check Google for any other lodging that might work for you.

Ticket Information:

http://arizonacopperstatecrawloff.eventbrite.com/

Ticket sales are closed and final. Any changes can be made privately between competitors. If there is a change, PM me to let me know the name changes. T-shirt orders are final, so if you sell your ticket to someone else, the new owner of the ticket will get whatever size t-shirt was originally ordered.

Will the club insurance cover the massive hotel damages caused by the victory celebrations?(Just kidding!)

Might be looking to make the trip out from Philly. I lived in Glendale, AZ and worked over in Chandler for awhile. Arizona has some nice Rocks always wished I was into rock crawling when I lived there  Is this going to be 2.2 only or 2.2/1.9 or all 3?
