Scattman has agreed to bring a commercial rotisserie smoker that can cook almost 300 lbs of meat ot once. Its the same kind of unit Sonny's BBQ uses in its catering business.

I am told that the meat on whole chickens literally falls of the bone.

It will be available for anyone to use, so bring your meat and Scattman will smoke it for you:shock:
