2009 - 2.2 Midwest Indoor Rock Crawling Challange

I'd like pics of the rock. I don't care about the gate placement, but want to be ready based on the rock sizes if at all possible.

Just swung by hobby town and four of the courses are almost finished... Gerame (Eritex) is pure evil in his design. Lots of off camber, select pieces of slick river rock in all the wrong places, Big Rock little rocks, high inclines, dirty, clean, the sprayed man made pieces are slippery like a slide and then there is of course Tom Snider who has made his personal mission in life to put crap in the way just to break parts.

...............IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME.

RCC is doing a LIVE course walk through Friday night. I don't think you can plan on a rock type, I think the five courses are going to challenge every rig, every setup and every tire.

Fine with that as long as you didn't stick a stupid a$$ carpet climb between them. I dunno about you guys, but I have never encountered a slab of carpet out in my crawl areas

Hmm, I am guessing we should get rid of the oiled incline on gate 1 as well.

By 'dirty', what does that involve? I hope your not talking about needing waterproofing. Better not be.

Kinda funny, there was a piece of carpet at the last comp I went to.

No Waterproofing necessary.

Dirty means it's one of these but "To make soiled" is my favorite.

Dirty vs. clean rock.... the guys actually washed some of the rock. So some is super grippy and the rest you will fight for traction on.
