I think this may have been asked before but I can't find it. So sorry if this is a re-post.

Do we need to bring a printout of our tickets? My printer took a dump so I don't have a way to print anything.

I may have over looked it, but I'm still fuzzy about the whole "ticket" thing...

Will we need to bring printed proof of our ticket?
or will there be a list...

I'm confused for sure...:x

oh, and if we need a printout, where do I find it?

or, for tards like myself, instructions?8)

Why? I will have the list of attendees and everyone will have to go through tech and be checked in anyway. We didn't need it last year and I wouldn't count on needing it this year. If you are needing it for some other reason then the comp then let us know but all the info is on the excel sheet anyway.

I would agree, we didn't need it last year. If anything ask for an I.D. and compare it to the list when we check in.

Eventbrite software can provide a Driver List with all the contact info in a few clicks, so all anyone should need is an ID. (Unless they bought a ticket eslewhere)

looks like the weather should work out for us Minnesotans, we are suppose to see 8 to 12 inches in the next two days but then all clear from Thursday on thru the weekend. So driving should be better than the ice storm we drove down in last year.

Harley already has the EventBrite List.

Err OK... I was going to use the EventBrite scanning software to make check in faster, but I suppose with less than 100 people an excel spreadsheet will work just fine.

I would highly encourage bringing a printout of the Eventbrite ticket sent to your email when you registered as this will greatly speed things along. This should not be difficult or surprising to anyone that we are requesting this.

I am sure, people have registered for other people, transfers, and paid with someone elses accounts. We will not have time in the initial check in rush to look up the 50 possible email and names you might have paid with if your name is not on the EventBrite list or do not have a ticket. If you worked out something and got a "transfered" ticket they should have emailed you their EventBrite ticket. If you did not register on EventBrite or did not aquire an Eventbrite e-ticket via a transfer, pure and simply you are not registered for this event.... so bring a copy of your ticket and it will speed things along for everyone PLEASE.

Anyone who cannot produce a ticket and or easily found on the list will have to check in after we have crossed everyone else off or as time permits.
