Attention all competitors

O.K. people here is the run down for Saturday the 14th

Doors open at 6:30am
Drivers meeting 7:00-7:15
Tech 7:15-7:45

If you vehicle is out of spec you will have until the end of tech to get it right or your out.

As soon as you pass tech drop your crawler at a course and be ready to start driving.

We are operating on a free crawl system.

Once everyone is done the judges have their turn.

After all of the scores are tallied, we will run a different finals course.

You are welcome to set up your stuff in a pit stall on Friday. If someone has a pit space reserved find a different one. There is enough room for all of us to have our own pit space, and you can if you want to, leave you stuff in the building, in your pit space. Our local racers do this all of the time. Do this at your own risk. All of the pit spaces have 120V power.

The store will be open during all of this.

We will break for lunch at about 12:30 so the judges can get a break.

As of right now the weather looks good for some outside crawling, just remember to check you frequency for conflicts.

None of the competitors are pre-running the courses, our trail boss is not competing so he is the designer/tester.

Rules for the Plex are:

NO alcohol or drugs on the property!!!
NO smoking in the building!!!
NO cussing, yelling or temper tantrums, we are here to have fun!!!
Please clean up your pit area at the end of the day!

I wish you all a safe trip here, and good luck!

Its getting close:lol: I cant wait:lol::lol::lol::lol:...can we get a sneek peak of the courses

X 4!!! Pic's please of how stuff is looking. I saw some pic's of some homemade sections on a My Space page. Were those in fact some of the stuff that going to be used??? The one section looked like someone covered over traffic cones. Rather odd looking.

I think what you have seen is the small permanent course at HT. The courses for this comp can not be put into place or set up until 3-09-09. The actual structures for the courses and all related comp "stuff" that has been done off site will be moved in and set up next week.

Ahh ok. Those pic's were pointed out to me by another guy and he wasn't sure either. Good to hear. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with I have heard quite a few different types of surfaces will be used unlike the mostly sandstone last year.
