I'm confused. Tom said that your avatar was your picture. LOL

Dude that's an awesome picture. Saving that to my USB drive for future use.

I talked with Gerame a while back and explained some stuff to him.

It doesn't matter how many courses you run, you base your time off 1 course, ie: take your course time, add 2 minutes, then multiply by how many competitors and that will tell you how long your day is going to be.

Adding more courses doesn't effect the overall time, but it does get more drive time for everyone.

Another example.

If you run 3, 7 minute courses and have 100 competitors you each get 21 minutes of drive time, and the day will take, 15 hours.

Now instead if you run 7, 3 minutes courses with the same 100 competitors you still get 21 minutes of drivetime, but now the day is only going to be 8.3 hours long.

Dale you'll be right there following along behind...........:ror: I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather down there cause this stuff up here is getting old.

Jason

Ha ha ha haaaaaa ha ha ha haaaa... He don't know Nebraska, do he?

It's been below zero for the last 2 weeks. The other night it hit -13. The high that day was 0.

It was officially warmer in the furthest northern point of the U.S. (That's freaking ALASKA!)

It's colder than a well-diggers hoo-ha in a f'n blizzard out there.

Cool - Jason has a new invention... "Crawler Math"

If we change it all to rock racing and make 30 second courses we would have just over a 4 hour day. 8) Hmmmmm future events.....

Ahh see someone's thinking top five or better again this year. I hope you get in there Kev. That would be pretty cool two years in a row. Seeing how you run the berg real well I would say you've got a great chance. Good luck and see ya down there.

Jason

Thanks.

Clothing is still optional though right????

For you, mandatory.:!:

-13 below heck that's a heat wave to us. Try -30 for air temps with a -49 wind chill. Omaha will feel like Florida. "thumbsup"

Can I change my listing on who I'd like to beat at this comp?

I forgot Lesac was entered. As long as I beat him, I'm square.

More than a couple PM and email questions regarding use of DIG in both classes.

My assumption was that you can use dig in either class, but I figured since I was neither a judge or course designer I should as you guys to answer any questions for the masses.

Will dig be legal in all classes?

Any other typical restrictions or we pretty much running a by the book USRCCA event?

Both classes will be running the same rules. The judge on the course will score an Am class competitor the exact same way as a Pro. The judging will be strict.

The ONLY difference between Pro an Am is that at the end your finish postion will be show in your respective class. That way Am feel they are competing against people more on their own level. Some feel more comfortable knowing they may be able to pull a top 10 in the Am class but would be in the bottom 40 in the Pro as a rough example.
