How does that work? Tie breaker is done by scores not time.

I don't know any events that use that, every event I have been to uses 3.13.2
By using time you just add something else judges have to write down everytime and something else someone has to add up at the end of the day.

Question, Then what would happend if every course is tied. If RX would'nt of had that one reverse we would of tied every course. Run a tie braker course??
