1982 Toyota body been released.

AKA the same body with an opening hood and new Toyota-branded parts?
I am with you but you have got to admit and give them the credit for still selling or at least after so many years make them still available. Yes old parts but yet still parts that are usable and available. As you know there is many brands that made good and interesting things and they are now gone or almost unavailable to source.

It was a genuine question, but that's what it seems like. Not much is new yet RC3WD is making a big deal about it. Big friggin' whoop!

Isn't there a happy medium where you can support legacy trucks while also developing something new and with higher quality? The TF2 is shit. Let's be honest. The steering knuckle bearing mod is pretty much an immediate must-do. When I got my TF2 there was so much slop between the axle and the knuckles that lifting it up and setting it down would change the camber noticeably. This is a joke. The chassis is well older than "long in tooth". It needs an update. RC3WD tried halfheartedly and released the TF3 that was quickly erased from the internet and they act like it never existed.

I totally understand your point and I am in no way defending at all... I have some of their products and I acquired them knowing what they are... I look at RC$WD trucks as working models that can be modified to somewhat capable RC's. I also like to mod and tweak things out so I always enjoy making things better but I would have to agree that most of the mechanical parts they offer are subpar to most of the readily available things from companies that are pushing the envelope and bring new and improved things to the hobby.
