Are these on the market yet? Same size pumpkin as the Axial pro44?

Edit: NM I found them in the US, but would love to know where I can find them in Canada.

Good thing I’ve been putting off ordering axle upgrades for my f350! A set of ssd axles are definitely in its future along with the heavy knuckles

Any plans for XR width AR44's?

No solid plans yet. Sorry

Do the CVs offer a tighter turning radias than the stock universals, or are stronger or....

Yes same size as AR44, not larger like others.

The housings have been out for over 6 months now: Pro44 Axle Case for SCX10 II

Make a set with the brass knuckles!

Maybe later but nt anytime soon at all.

May I know when this will be available at rcmart.com?

Now

If the housings by themselves are $25, how does a completed axle get to $130? Is that all of the additional parts plus assembly?
If this is an upgrade option wouldn't people be taking their axle and diffs out of what they have and install them into a new housing? I guess what I'm saying, is 'why' for a complete axle assembly?

I have a RTR Blazer that would be a perfect candidate for housings, HD covers, and updated links. The metal rods with end threads are pretty cheezy. And I've noticed axial rod ends are like butter, and come with plastic pivots. Like, 'what were they thinking' comes to mind.

My personal interest in buying these complete axles, front and rear is for a custom build based of of the scx10ii frame. I prefer not to have to go ordering all of the bits separately if I don’t have to

Then the assumption would be that you don't ALREADY have all the bits, right?

Looks at the parts list and add it up. It's cheaper than buying all the parts individually. Some people want complete axles. We have been offering all the parts separately as upgrades for a long time already. This is just another option.

I looked in Canada also. I think only GCM have them available online, and like you say they seem to be out more often than not. I just ordered the front and the rear housings today from Rcmart. Plus some SSD link mounts. It was $113.82 cad delivered. It would have been $102 plus tax and del from GCM. Not that I went with Rcmart because of price, I would have odered from GCM bit they were out when I recently ordered some parts for an Ascender build. I try to order from Canadian locations only, but when I want something I just cant wait.

RC Mart only has the complete rear. I have been looking for the front. Not there.

Sadly I generally get faster and cheaper shipping from overseas than I do from US so prefer to order from there.

Cant find the product in Canada.

Have you checked Amain Hobbies?

I get my parts to Canada in 2 weeks with the 1.99$ shipping option.
I get caught by the import police about 1 out of 8 packages over 50$.
If they catch you, it's 10$ tax
