Here's one of my projects in the BW Lab these days. Some may have seen it already on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Custom frames designed, formed, and TIG welded right here in house. Uses my own bearing plates and motor plates as well. This and the Fat Trike Sr. frame are being built around 26" fat bike front ends with 1-1/8 head sets.

This beast is powered by Predator 212cc motor with the governor removed, flywheel keyed, low pro fan, oil sensor removed, valve springs, carb rejet, header, and open air filter.

So many projects

Be careful with those large front tires.
We have a few trike drifters here, I built 6 ChroMo chassis.
The large tires leave no room for error in spin outs.
The spin outs are typically violent and catch you of guard.
Those tall tires will rub your calves and leave a burn that'll last for weeks.
Here's mine with an electric powered hub, 20" wheel.

Not to worry, I've already put some time in enough to know I love it. As for calve problems, I don't run my feet on front wheel pegs on my powered trikes...only on the gravity ones...so no calve damage here.

Seriously. I wonder if I can put one of these on the street. :) It's incredibly easy here in AZ.

I have some guys around here that are wanting to street these as well.

Here's a few more pics from today.

If you are on the lookout for some different rim and tire options that are really strong, trials unicycle rims are the best I've found. I have been lacing them into high speed ebikes for a few years now as opposed to traditional fat bike rims, because the quality difference is huge but the prices are the same or lower. The 29" Chris Holm freeride rims are the best 29er rim available IMO, and they work nicely with the 29x3" fat tires.

Looking like some great fun! Always slick projects coming from you Don!
