C & S Panther Cougar 1.9s
This was my first attempt at tire surgery, all I can say is I'm glad I "took the plunge"
my 4 year old's contribution here is a cut and shut 1.9 next to a stock coug 1.9 cougar compared to a Losi basher They came out at an uncompressed height of 4 1/8" and a width of 1 1/2" Shots of the 1.9 cougars mounted up & doin' work..... tech on my rig:http://rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=153822 on my freind's basement course..... These tires are sick!! I've ran both the blue claws and the bashers. After a little tuning on the foams and weight, these tires out-perform them both by a landslide!! After seeing them run in last friday nights comp(I took 1st BTW), all of the guys in my club are salivating like Pavlov's dog Yeah its a time consuming, tedious, pain in the ass, but the end results are well worth the effort |

NICE!
Pavlov's drooling dogs While Ivan Pavlov worked to unveil the secrets of the digestive system, he also studied what signals triggered related phenomena, such as the secretion of saliva. When a dog encounters food, saliva starts to pour from the salivary glands located in the back of its oral cavity. This saliva is needed in order to make the food easier to swallow. The fluid also contains enzymes that break down certain compounds in the food. In humans, for example, saliva contains the enzyme amylase, an effective processor of starch. |

Panthers came out nice, clean c and s job. What foams did you use? For some super narrow and tall tire they don't apear to have a problem with folding over.

Hi i have a pair of 2.2 swamp dawgs (boggers) that are super soft and i want to cut them down into 1.9 so i can put them on my mrc. What kind of glue can you use that works good that is cheap. I am also kinda wondering how to figure out how much to cut off to make the center hole 1.9. If anyone has any tips i would love it.
Thanks |
