I don't know if you guys have used this before but 3M makes Vinyl car wraps, so I picked up a 1'x 5' sheet of the 3M 1080 vinyl wrap in gloss blue metallic for $11, I thought I would test it out on my sons Wraith instead of buying new clear body panels and paint, this would be a cool way to keep the stock panels and change the color whenever I wanted. Here is how it turned out.

First chose your color, and they have a lot of colors, in gloss or flat finish.

Then cut the vinyl to size and place the panel, use a knife to cut the panel out. The hood was a bit harder to work so I used a heat gun to form it better.

Finished panel, before and after.

Final pics.
