Wiring lights in to new ESC

Recently bought a Capra RTR but am upgrading it straight away. Bought a Hobbywing XERUN AXE540 1800kv motor and ESC combo to put in but just wondering with the headlights and light bar on the RTR originally being wired direct in to the original ESC, whats the best way to wire them in with the new ESC?

Most of the time lights are wired through the receiver but I dont know if the lights themselves work on plain old 6 volts or it they'd require a specific controller. Axial did something weird with one of their other ESC's with lighting built in and it would only work with their lights I would guess this one is similar.

Have you figured this out? Can you wire it in to a new esc? How did it go?

Thanks in advance, looking to go rtr or kit and weighing my options....questions like this help out a ton when comparing

Just ended up removing the "headlights" and keeping the "light bar" on the roof as that was a simple straight forward way of doing it.

I spliced my head light wires into my light bar and the light bar plugs into your receiver. Running a mamba x and it powers them perfect no dimming
