Which LiPo with my Charger and set-ups

Kind of a newbie. 2007 was the last time I built a rig.

I have these rigs that need LiPo batteries

1) AX-10 building w/ Novak Rooster Crawler, FXR
2) XR-10 building w/ MambaMax, CC BEC, Punk Dig and (2)45T motors


Which batteries do I buy? I want 40C discharge right? Do I need a new charger?

Just not sure of the quality of my charger, and if it already has a blancer. Still looking for that info.

Also still looking for some help on the 40c and what that number means...and how it effects things.
