Yep. I've got a set of those tires for a scale project but didn't see those bead locks. I just ordered a set of GMade nr01 wheels that look very similar.
How heavy is that internal ring compared to if it were made out of plastic? Got me thinking I may need to swing by Lowes in a few days.
