Early this year a very close family friend past away his name was Wayne and he was a offroad race car driver in Australia he was the first person to win the Finke desert race in a car which was back in the 90's and around 2011 him and another family friend did a deal which ended up that our family friend wayne got a full size truggy which had been in a crash and bent the frame so after that a bunch of caring friends of one another jumped in to help fix this truggy up itr ended up being a truphy truck my farther craig hodge built a small block 368 chevy which was a nascar platform and it made 620 HP . after a while i had a rc 1/8 truggy and i wanted to paint it the same as the trophy truck but that never happend until now .. i have my vaterra twin hammers and already have the body that i cut into single pannels to be more realistic im going to get a sticker wrap on the pannels soon but first i have to figure out how to mount the body .. so im going to post this build as it progresses and i hope youse all enjoy :)

ok so these are the GMADE piggy backs i painted then gunmeatasl grey and a mist of silver just to be diffrent to the frame and to look better than the black plastic
a added a eibach springs sticker just for scale appearance .

FRame ok truck is painted gunmetal grey just like the 1:1 truck and i also painted the shock plate and hoops gunmetal grey to tie in the the frame

as you can see in the photo above one wheel doesnt look quite right hahah and thats because the stock steering race snapped at the end . and i orderd a hot racing steering rack for a replacement which i was waiting on for a few weeks

Please clean your camera lens, the more light... the better your pics will come out.

nice build you have going. You might want to look into the Derwood Design Steering rack... it removes 99.9% of the steering slop and tightens up the front end... well worth replacing the plastic crap it came with.

and it can be adapted to a BMRC upright shock mount

Love Trophy Trucks myself. Huge fan of the Baja races down in Baja Mexico. Take your truck there to run with the big boys and REALLY put it through it's paces "thumbsup"

Or make a scale replica and be the envy of trophy truck fans out there :flipoff:

Either works.
