I have a redcat supercralwer it's a big crawler but is very under powered, Can any one point me toward torque'r motors, or would a pinion change help? I am now running 2 3300 7 cells It need"s more torque??"thumbsup" And wheel speed Please you guys are looking how about some pointers Someone must have a few to help me out here I also have a 1/10 rs10 rockslide that is a killer little cralwer. But the supercralwer needs more torque and wheel speed it noe has stock motors and stock pinion gears................... A little help would go a long way ?????????

I have no idea what the stock motors are in the redcat.

I would probably take a look at a pinion swap. Smaller pinion more torque to the wheels but lower wheel speed. Larger pinion would be just the opposite.

Next if that doesn't get you where you want to be take a look at the electronics. Try some higher turn motors 35 45 55 turn ect. Higher turns more pulling power less wheel speed.

It takes a while to find your happy medium. On my scx-10 I wound up with the stock pinion and a 55 turn integy motor I had laying around. If I go to bigger tires I will probably go with a smaller pinion.

***EDIT***

I did some looking into that truck. If the website is not pulling anything funny its using 100 turn motors. Go find some 55 or 65 turn motors and a smaller pinion, see if it helps.
