Tire cutting tool

What is every one using to cut/sipe tires.. I've lost love for scissors....

Cut off wheel on a dremel...scissors will dull out and your fingers will probably start hurting after a couple of tires lol. Btw make sure you take your time and do this outside. Keep in mind when cutting off lugs remember less is more! The more tread you take off the softer the tire gets.
 
I use a pencil style soldering iron with a exacto knife blade on the end and it seems to work just like a real tire groover. heres a pic

Did a quick cut on my TSL Swampers (aetna style)... took less than 5 mins per tire... i might go back and clean em up with a wire wheel, but was in a hurry...
