Another cool old school teardown...
The 1.4mm thick can features FB9 magnets. The silver plated endbell hardware with green aluminum brush hood heatsinks and aluminum heatsinks with color coded anodizing.
The armature is a 35t double high-variance split wind, where one big wire is wound with one small one. These winds are very efficient on the lower end of the power curve and spool-up very quick to provide that horsepower when needed. Extremely difficult to wind, they will not be produced as a regular production item.
Armatures are dyed to prevent rust and drill balanced.
Only 8 Motors are being made...8 lucky scalers...
Shaft is engraved with wind.
