Hello all,

I recently acquired a Axial SCX 10.3 kit, using Tekin ESC, Tekin Motor, Savox servo, Mytrick attack light kit, both dig and two speed Spectrum servos and the TX/receiver is DX5 rugged, and a Spektrum SR6200a. I have everything setup except the lights. I am trying to get the Mytrick setup on AUX1 on the G button. I have everything wired right on the MYtrick, but cannot get it to work right. My only thought is the AVC system works off of AUX1 channel, I am assuming its causing some issue with the lighting. So I am trying to turn off the AVC. The manual is vague about the sequence to deactivate the AVC. It states to turn the power on to the receiver then hit the bind button 3 times in 1.5 seconds. I have been trying that all morning, with no luck. It claims you get a 3-flash on the LED on the unit. I have tried rebinding the TX/RX and tried this 3 button press at various times, to no luck. I have tried calling Horizon, but its a long wait and I have to work today, so cant pull that off, any chance someone could provide some advice on shutting off the AVC on this particular unit? Thanks for the help! Take care,

Did you try both steps? You only listed step one of disabling AVC. It does use channels 1 and 2, did you try your lights in channel 3 to make sure they work?

I need to try this tonight on aux3. I can operate the lights from the mode switch tho, just not from the radio.

Went and picked up an sr515 tonight. Still no action. Going to contact trickrc again. Maybe it's a bad dg-1 module??? Very strange.

for the mytric light set them up as momentary:active button. it is not an on off switch. it should work fine on aux1, if not avc would shut off not the lights.
first click: turn on running lights
second running and low
thirs, running and med
fourth running and high beams
5th off
something like that
