Spektrum DX3 Independent Rear Steer Question?

I have a Spectrum DX3 (not the DX3.0) and I have it working with a Super with rear steer set-up. I have the Mamba MAX ESC. I can't figure out how to set up to make the rear steer work independently from the front steer (currently they only work simultaneously). I want to be able to crab crawl and use no rear steer...you know, independently from the front steer. :shock:

Anybody know how to set this up?

Follow the instructions on page 19 and 20 of the manual and set the 3rd channel function to "3P" for 3 position.
