I will be upgradeing to quarter scale servoes and I dont know what to use as a servoe saver? I will be crafting some mounting plates out of some scrap aluminum I found and I want it to be tough enough to rock crawl with while still protecting the gears, or is that too much to ask?

Should I just solid mount two cheap futabas or hobicos? like 35 bucks a piece?

:lmao: an entire paragraph with question marks 8)

I don't run any on mine. I've stripped a few servos that way but I just can't seem to find a strong servo saver that holds. Most people don't run them.

Servo savers are bad and pointless if you use the right servo.

Kimbrough 124 was decent, so was a Tamiya's stock servo saver with multiple C shaped springs added on top of the stock one. You could fine tune it and get it almost solid.

I guess I will solid mount it then.. any suggestions on a good digital servoe? If I want to run two I guess I will need a BEC too. I dont even know what or how to wire one up o_O

Work in progress, thats half the fun. I suppose.
