Trying to figure out the maximum battery I can put in. Irrespective of weight or what suits the crawler for crawling.

The largest battery I can find ATM is this so confirming if it would fit or not would also be super useful.
Battery Length (mm): 151
Battery Width (mm): 47
Battery Height (mm): 25

I cant find the answer in search sorry or browsing generally or the axial homepage or google. Or the part specs for the tray, or the manual or exploded parts diagram (I really tried lol)

I'm actually building the kit up with an integrated brushless as the platform for a machine vision autonomous rover so going to get the maximum MAH I can, After first doing so with a little tank platform that couldn't handle slightly tall grass.

Cheers. :)

The largest battery that I have to try is a Duratrax 2s 8000 mah dimensions are 1.2 x 1.7 x 5.3" (31 x 43 x 135mm). This fits no problem at all. I also tried a Lectron Pro 7600 mah 2s that is 138mm x 46mm x 25mm / 5.43in x 1.81in x 0.98in. Length wise that is pretty much the max though you could probably get 140mm absolute max without modifying the battery tray.

This is a Venom battery that should fit as well.

Hope this helps Also it would be helpful to know what cell 2s or 3s.

It certainly does help a great deal thank you, The battery I was looking at is a Genace 2s softpack. Definitely going for 2s as I will never reach even 50% of top speed.

I will be looking for something shorter based on the 140mm you mentioned. "thumbsup"
