The creak about a block away. Love it because its rocky, wet, close, and changes a little after every hard rain.

hey guys, just wanted to intorduce myself. im a brand new crawler (new to the whole rc hobby in fact) from Vacaville. just bought the new axial scx10 jk rubicon from my lhs the other day. right out of the box it's pretty awesome. well, to someone with no experience at least. i've been researching for a few months now and it seems like a damn good starting rig. im sure the mods will start sooner than later. where are the best spots to crawl? so far i've just been using random rock piles and neighbors yards.

Mrerock - welcome to the hobby and to being broke because of it :). Since you're in Vacaville I'd guess Berryessa area might be a place to start looking for areas to crawl or trail run with your new axial. Theres also Bobs Mix Challenge out there for 1:1 rigs that might work. Have fun!

There is no set date yet but it will happen when the course(s) are done being built so hopfully by late sring early summer maybe even sooner if I can get some good help. As I get close to finishing the course i'll set a date and let every one know."thumbsup"

Hey Rick, our mutual friend Brian F. mentioned you may consider a trade for your crawler gear... 8)

Not sure if you have been to RC Country in the last couple weeks, but I have a Blackjack 55 boat there on consignment. It is in like new condition and has only had 1 tank of gas run through it on Folsom Lake... original cost was over $1k

I dont have any pic's of mine, but here is a link to a youtube video of the same boat to give you an idea -

BLACKJACK 55 IN NOR CAL - YouTube

LMK if you may be interested and maybe we can work out a deal "thumbsup"
