Rock Hard Scaler Series Event #6 2013-2014

Here we go everyone, Event #6 and it's going to be a good one. This event well be held at Folsom Lake Ca at Oak Point.

We'll have three courses for class 1, 2 and 3 as well as a few challenges in between some of the courses like the Tonka Tug, Frame Twister and maybe even a sick hillclimb.

This event is free to anyone but make sure your rig falls into specs. I'll have a link below for SORRCA rules and reg's. For those who don't meet the specs you'll be able to run but won't get any scale points on the day.

Date: April 6th 2014

Location: Folsom Lake Ca, Oak Point

Time: Tech at 9:00 Event starts soon after.

Once you paid the admission to the park rangers, just follow the road for a few miles and there are signs that indicate "Oak Points" "Dotons Points" etc.... you should hit "Oak Points" first.. I see some people even drive (1:1) to the beach, but there are signs saying you cant, check with the rangers. Also I see cops ,,I guess for speeding ...

Yes you can drive out to the comp spot on the beach and for everyone the entrance is on the Granite Bay side and after you go through the gate and pay look for the signs saying oak point"thumbsup".

There might be a little water but nothing to bad like dunking the whole rig lol There might be a few shallow water spots"thumbsup".
