Hi all,
I desperately need a replacement for the 1/24 RGT Adventurer radio which I short-circuited and burned in my attempt to fix a broken steering wheel. My son is desperate as it was his birthday present, and his sisted stepped on its remote, and then his dad finished it

Neither v3 nor v4 ECX (1/24 Barrage compatible) radio pairs with the RGT receiver (labeled as R3862-24). I tried both myself.
The OEM RGT transmitter which I burned is labeled as T3928 whatever this means. It is not available anywhere at all, even as a Tx-Rx combo.

I would like to avoid buying a new full car kit if possible

Does anyone have a redundant RGT transmitter radio for sale by any chance, or happens to know of a workaround?

Thanks heaps!
Alex

This should be in the "wanted" section, you'll need to buy a membership star for $20/year (well worth it) or read below :)

Hi Alex,

I have the exact same problem as in my son broke the wheel on the remote and in the process I made it worse. Have been trying to source a new remote control and it seems impossible.

Did you manage to get a replacement remote or another brand remote to work with the crawler? We really like the crawler and it would be annoying to have to bin it.

Cheers,
David
