Remote Diff Locks - Where to buy?

I see a bunch of people on here with the Remote Diff Lock kit for the Venoms but everywhere I look online or at LHS it's not in stock or even released.

Venom's own site shows Late Feb

Tower shows shows early Feb

etc.

Is there some store that actually has stock or are those all "pre-release units"?

Are people buying the parts and building the kit?

I noticed the following two parts are in stock at Venom:

Diff Lock Cable Support - CPR - $4.99
Diff Lock Cables - CPR - $7.99

Not sure if that includes all the parts needed however.
