recommendation needed

For a robotics application, I am looking for the following:


1/10 to 1/14 "scale"


4WD and 4WS


Optional: two speed gear boxes or programmable ESC capable of slow start


Optional: Prefer MOA over drive lines to diffs


No need for radio Tx or Rx, battery, body, waterproofing, speed, $430 kits

I would look at the clodbuster kits there in that price range
moa
not 2 speed but I don't know of any moa that is

Found interesting prices on eBay from $3000 on down, but most above current selling price! Think I'll go with $319.
