k so this is my entry, its a 1/7th scale ofna dm1, got it thinking of doing a brushless conversion, never found time and put it away,,now its time:twisted:..needs a bit of a teardown and definatly new servo,s for brakes and steering..get rid of servo saver i think too. for power i,m using a neu 1512 1.5d 3300 kv.pretty hot motor and a mamba max controlling it..probable run an external bec to be safe..going for 6s:shock:, try 4 and see how it goes from there..also need to pait a new body..big body..lol it has a 15.5" wb and 12"width with zero offset rims, pic with a 1/10 for size idea

That 2 speed is going to be a huge help in getting that speed out of it! This should be a nasty ride that is smoking fast!!!!

should be fast, but id be worried about weight and drivetrain efficiency. a crown and pinion are quite inefficient, and rotating mass is going to be quite high for a speed car. also areodynamics of a car that large are going to come into effect. however you could have the advantage over the rest of us having an awd car, you may just be able to outpower everyone.

thanx for the comments guys"thumbsup"i,m hoping the size will give stability i will run a clk mercedes body..not the most racy downforcey body but all i have for this beast..definatly going to use a wing to keep the rear planted, maybee some weight in front and keep it slammed according to the calculator it will have about 125mph wheelspeed..if i make 90 i,d be happy

well seen a few vids on youtube of one of these doing 83 mph with a 2600 kv on 6s..so i think maybee 90+ is possibly..car looked stabe..went by pretty fast...lol didnt seem twitchy...yeeehaww"thumbsup"
