Novak Iger pro + 35t rock star/BEC Combo ??

Does anybody run this setup?

Thinking of getting it for my Wraith that will also be getting a 2 speed tranny in it and then eventually upgrading the motor to the Novak Ballistic crawler 18.5 when funds allow. Is the BEC really as strong as they claim? Anything wrong with going with these parts? I am leaning tords this setup because I want a waterproof sensored brushless setup to go with that 2 speed tranny.

I have had no luck with Novak. I have run the novak goat for brushed and brushless, both times it had no drag brake even with the proper tuning. Also, when I ran a 17.5t novak sensored BL with the goat it was glitchy at low speeds. The iger is not a sensored bl esc. I'm pretty sure that it isn't waterproof either. I would recommend going with either holmes hobbies, castle, or tekin. As far as I know HH is the only one who makes a waterproof sensored BL. I hope this helps.

They have updated this esc, it is "highly water resistant" and is a sensored brushless esc.
