Good morning all , I just want to say hello, and I am very pleased to be part of this forum.

I presently reside in Alberta, Canada.

I'm confident I can contribute as well as learning from fellow members.

I have access to a Traxxas Stampede (brushless), which I have owned for many years.
A Traxxas basher (Maxx),

Traxxas TRX-4 High Trail( F- 150 )
also a Vanquish VS4- 10 Phoenix (straight axel version)

Hey! Nice to see people actually taking a minute to introduce themselves. Not the most active forum out there but the guys here are helpful and very experienced... some valuable info to be had here.

Rccrawler used to be the hapnin place. Over the years it got really quiet, which sucks for most of us. Anyways, welcome. I'm sure you'll get the help you need here

Yup. I arrived to the party way too late but I'm really glad that the folks that are still here or have come here since, are of the caliber and experience that they are. I'll take quality over quantity any day.

Welcome Burky! I'm new here too.

I recently got a F-150 High Trail too! What color did you get? I was torn but ultimately I got the faster blue one

What do you think of the Vanquish? I am curious about them and they seem to have some unique features. The GMade GS02F is also a neat rig I'd like to try but am waiting for them or the aftermarket to provide machined diff gears.

From what I've been told, the forum action moved to Facebook. I'm not a social media person so I can't prove it enjoy the forums there either

I'm not either. I never made the leap to social media for whatever reason... old guy and set in my ways I guess. My wife on the other hand... much younger than me, comes home from work and has her face buried in her instagram as soon as she's in the door. People get addicted to social media... something that I'm glad I'm not into. I'd rather be outdoors doing yard work or working on my rigs.

Same here. Glad to say I'm not into that crap. Honestly have better things to spend my time on. I know what rccrawler was doing when they made the leap to get over to that side of the tracks but it left a lot of people like you and I behind. I'm planning on getting a ryft soon and don't really have a community to bounce ideas off of

I'll be 57 this year and forever thankful that my old man raised me outdoors wrenching, farming, fishing, camping, etc. I never let go of that desire to be outside getting dirty, whether relaxing or being productive. Hell, I think the last video game I played was in an arcade over 40 yrs ago lol. Enjoy the Ryft!
