New TRX-4 High Trail F150

The brown f150 trucks looks awesome. I'm not a big fan of the color but reminds me of my grandpa's old Ford truck he had. He would take us camping and out to the farm in the old truck. Brings back alot of old memories. See how things go I might just have to get one.

I was all about the new scx pro but it'll have to wait. My father had a 79 F150, grew up in the back of that truck. Don't own a trx4 yet (got a used one cheap for my youngest to beat on so it doesn't count) and I NEED this one lol.

I kinda want one of these high lifts but am not exactly sure I would get much use out of it. Traxxas bodies always look so good, almost too good.

I agree on the bodies. Traxxas does a great job on the scale looks of this Ford and the Chevy body.

Not sure if I would ever have a need for tall sitting rig, but wouldn't mind having those bodies for future builds.

original paint is kinda faded but it was the same color

I had an ‘85 f-150 exactly like this. Down to the dual tanks but a high rise shell, it had the 300 I6, with a the C6. The closest I’ve found is the JC f250 (‘78/9 I think) in Their monster truck lineup. Light buckets were what was holding me back on one of my projects.

It’s big, stupid, and looks absolutely awesome.

With a hot enough motor I think it could be a blast. Not sure I’ll ever drop the coin on one though.

Two min after my last post I got an email from AMain - 20% of traxxas bodies till Mar 31. Wonder if they will release a clear body kit for it before then?
