I have an Axial Jeep body made from Lexan. I have no issues painting Lexan with Lexan paint.
However... I want to paint it an Olive Drab. And as far as I can tell, no one makes a Lexan paint even close to OD.
Is there a way to successfully use a normal spray paint on a Lexan body?
Can I prime it with a clear Lexan paint (if such a thing exists) and then paint over that with my OD paint?
Does scuffing the body actually work?
My two options that I'm lookin at for the OD green are Model Masters #1911 and Rustoleum OD Camo spray paint.
Thanks guys!!! "thumbsup"
