I added some 1/4in (6.35mm) lead wire to the rims to add some wight down low to help the truck crawl and not roll over soo easily. Always wear rubber gloves when working with lead because it can absorb through your skin and possibly give you lead poisoning.

I was able to weigh the wheels with the new weight. I don't know what the stock weight is tho.

What ever happened to this build?
I still have it, I just haven't updated it in a while so here you go.
So heres what I've done to this little truck
I have printed a bull bar, new rims, a cabover camper, and a new electronic tray and I got a new servo as well, I put a Wpl-bc-V2 esc/recver. The camper is painted to look like the one I grew up camping in.

Nicely done! I really like these little WPL trucks, but I don't have the patience to fabricate everything required to make them good.

Very cool!
I have a C44 (my first non-micro crawler years ago) and I have put that thing through a ton, it has even been on multiple long roadtrips!
I need to transfer the thread over from SBG sometime soon.
