I have a hobbywing 1060 and an injora 35t motor, I've used this combo before on one of my rigs and I took it nat put it in a new one.
Sometimes when hit forward it will just lock and then continue like normal. Other times when I hit forward it will go full reverse for like 2 seconds and then go forward normally. It happens every few minutes..

What can cause it? Calibration? Or the motor or the esc is toasted?

Thanks in advance, TYREX.

thats gona be hard to figure out unless you have other stuff to test with

i would say its not the motor
it could be the esc do you have break mode enabled on that esc

the first thing i would do is change the batterys in the radio

a low battery in the controler would act just like your discribing

you could also have a bad radio or reciver but thats less likely but it dose happen

I have other equipment to test with, i have a whole other rig. What should I test?

a few questions
what radio are you using

do the rigs use the same radio if yes the radio is probably ok swap recivers

then i would swap escs

nothing in the motor would cause the issues you discribed so its ether the radio/reciver or your esc

The rigs use separate dumborc radio for each one.

I just found the issue for the locking up... I think the ring and pinion in the front axle are bad. When I disconnect the drive shaft and move it freely it gets jammed from time to time si that's that.
But this still doesn't explain the full reverse when hitting the throttle forward.

Unplug the servo and re-test, a bad servo can do weird things. Also try it with a different receiver.
