Mmp and roc 412 help

Ok so I have a mmp with a roc 412 in my wraith. It's the first time my mmp has been with a censored motor I have a fs gt3c radio my problem is it goes faster in reverse then forward I have reversed it with the radio and when the radio is set to normal everything is backwards if anyone could help that would much appreciated.
