I just want to go ahead and post this info up, so everyone already knows and will be one less thing we need to cover during the drivers meeting.

For those who have attended the BGC, know exactly how this works.

After you go through tech, signed in, shirt, etc. you will receive your drivers scorecard and drivers #. Make sure your number is on the scorecard and keep the scorecard with you until courses are finished. You lose that card, you can not be scored can you?

When it is your turn to run, please turn the truck on and hand the judge your scorecard. The judge will mark all penalties and scores on your scorecard during your run. After your run is over, the judge will hand you the scorecard back and then mark your score down on a sheet that is attached to their clipboard. YOU MUST INITIAL THIS SHEET OR YOU WILL RECEIVE A 50 FOR THAT COURSE. This is your responsibility as a driver, not the judge's job to babysit. "thumbsup"

Once you have finished the courses, please place your scorecard in the tray that is mounted onto the door at the bottom of the steps.

Now depending on how the computer acts  - I will be trying to do a live scoring system during the day and post it here on RCC. I will also be trying to connect a projector to my computer so that we can show current scores on the wall for everyone to see...

Please see the list below and make sure that all information I have is correct:
If you are replacing someone's ticket, just make sure you know that persons name and we will take care of it at Sign-ins. If you had something come up and can not make the event, you do not even have to worry if your info is correct then :ror:

my info good! "thumbsup"

I will add as a sidenote, if you have ran any other USRCCA qualifiers this year, or plan to run any more, please make sure you use the same EXACT name as on our master sheet. FIRST, LAST, and SCREEN NAME, all 3 exactly the same as you have used in the past.

If this is the case mine needs to be Josh Moore instead of Joshua
