I've built 3 with the 1/24 -1/25 model kits now. Seen a lot of people asking about it as of late, so figured I'd share my builds. As stated in other threads they do look a little monster truck. Blue Bronco I had to cut frame rails to fit body, shorten wheel base ect. Black and red 4 door Ford, two scx24 frames soldered together. Yellow and white Dodge is stock Chevy scx24 frame with modified wheel base. If anyone is interested I can do break down on builds with some pictures along the way.

Thanks for the love. The four door was a lot of fun. Here are some more pictures from the build. Double motor and transmission. I wanted both rows of seats so ended up sitting little high on the frame.

And some love for the dodge. Almost done and I'm really digging the way the color and decals turned out. Lighting and window insulation next!

Really cool been wondering how people our mounting static model bodies to SCX24's and other 1/24's. I am going to Try a 1980's Jeep Truck "Ice Patrol" model. any tips? on how to start it would be my first venture into this with a SCX24 C10 as a base to work from.

I actually did all three different haha. So start with four door Ford I used the rear mount from deadbolt and made tabs on the truck bed. Front i cut up and used part of the deadbolt mount. Then just put a peace of wire through. Probably the hardest way of the three. Too much of a pain to take apart or I'd have better pictures.

Bronco I used the extra plastic stuff that hold model parts together. Dilled holes in rear bumper and in front made a cross bar and used part of front mount. If you roll ot over hard sometimes body pops off.

And the Dodge I got lucky and body fits over the rear bumper just right and front I hot glued two good magnets. I would say magnets are my favorite if you can find a good area to mount. Velcro as others have used, I just personally don't like velcro idk.
